Shipping policy

UK delivery
Unframed Fine Art prints are delivered within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48-hour service, which includes secure online tracking. Framed Fine Art prints are delivered within 6-10 business days, typically dispatched via Secure DX or DPD for reliable, tracked delivery.

Europe delivery
Unframed Fine Art prints are delivered within 4-6 business days. Framed Fine Art prints are delivered within 8-11 business days

Worldwide delivery
Unframed Fine Art prints are delivered within 6-8 business days. Framed Fine Art prints are delivered within 8-11 business days.

TAXES/DUTIES
The customer is responsible for all customs duties, clearance and local taxes. We do not currently offer pre-paid duties and taxes; we recommend you estimate the duties based on your average sale price using a calculator such as Simple Duty.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at connect@saravaradystudios.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
